Yes! For sure. All women and men with any issues are welcome. I hope to change healthcare expectations and help postpartum renewal become mainstream for all women who have had a baby. I also want to help you with your health concerns even if you never had a baby.
If you are on your period we cannot do deep uterine massage. We can do intrapelvic care and all other aspects of care. Interestingly, if you are perimenopausal and experiencing a persistent bleed due to low iron, a deep uterine massage could be what helps the uterus contract down and stop the bleed while we build the iron stores and support hormonal shifts.
The short answer is yes. We need to wait three months after the surgery to begin care. If you have had a bladder sling or other kind of mesh/material placed in your body, I need to see the surgical report so we know what we are dealing with.
Clear Passage Therapy is a marvelous hands-on treatment for health concerns related to pelvic health, digestion, reproductive health, and post-surgical rehab. It has helped many, many people. Dr. Caroline integrates the wonderful hands-on care like they provide with functional medicine. Dr. Caroline can use labs to diagnose digestive and reproductive issues, then create treatment protocols using natural medicine to help you achieve your optimal health.
Chiropractic physicians are primary health care providers. However, many chiropractors choose to practice narrowly within their scope of practice. I choose to practice using the broad scope of practice.
My approach tends to be much broader than the standard physical therapy approach. Many physical therapists are not trained in functional medicine, and some are not allotted adequate time to evaluate other contributing factors to pelvic floor health
I approach the body with an eye toward integration. Since I am a chiropractic physician, I will look more comprehensively than a massage therapist is trained to evaluate. Also, I do not practice any technique in a pure fashion. I pull from each technique to meet the needs of your body. If you want to have a pure package approach of a technique like Arvigo Maya Abdominal Therapy it is best to get that from a massage therapist or someone else.

Sure! I commonly treat patients who have another chiropractor, naturopath, acupuncturist, or MD. I become part of the team and aim to bring a unique perspective and intervention without redundancy. My standard patient is someone who has not responded as predicted to other intervention.

We are not a preferred provider with any insurance, nor do we do any billing. You will be supplied with a superbill with the diagnostic and treatment codes that you may send to your insurance company for reimbursement. We cannot guarantee reimbursement. We are unable to fill out forms or respond to insurance company requests that might impact reimbursement.
Medicare only covers spinal manipulation for new injuries. So this type of care will not be covered by Medicare.
I am not accepting open claims. If you had an injury and the medical-legal component is closed, I can treat that condition.
